Once you book your first appointment you will sit down with their tremendous staff and go over all of your wants, needs, and ideas for your wedding. Sarah and her team will then begin to help layout out wedding vendors that will most easily help you meet your goals. Why spend hours looking through photographers, caterers, planners, etc taking meeting after meeting when someone who already has a firm grasp of the industry can cherry pick a few from each category to meet with you. All while taking your personality and budget to heart.

Did I mention they do this for free? And not just the first meeting, ALL the meetings!

Baxter’s Coffee is a wedding vendor? Absolutely!

For us wedding photographers who can’t justify the added expense of a studio, coffee shops are the backbone of our face to face meetings with potential clients. The key is to have an environment that is welcoming and friendly.

Baxter’s nails both of those in an effortless manner at every location…plus the actual product is untouchable.

I’ve never been a coffee person, but thanks to a friend of mine becoming the espresso pusher man I am an addict. A morning without a fresh brewed pot of their Somerset blend is a problem and I’ve recently moved from the Caramel Latte to the Caramel Machiatto (skinny/sugar free of course).

As with all of our vendor spotlights, it all falls back on the people. You would think that with 3 locations that a bad apple would sneak into the staffing somewhere. If they did, I’ve never seen it. Everyone seems pleased to help, quick to start a conversation, and make it seem like they’re happy you came by.

It doesn’t hurt that regardless of the time of day or location, they know my order…which helps when the Mrs stops by to get me something without taking my order.

Cave Hill Vineyard is absolutely one of our favorite places on the planet. Disney World wins out, but that’s pretty stiff competition.

Cave Hill is a vineyard located in Eubank and is ran by 2 of the sweetest people we’ve met.  Bill and Debbie have put their heart and soul into building a top notch facility and we couldn’t be more proud to watch it happen. Every addition and labor of love they put into their property is like watching a child grow up for us.

The property is large enough to house nearly any event you could imagine and the pavilion makes for a wonderful reception area and dance floor.

It’s been a fabulous location for portraits, but we were thrilled to finally get to shoot a wedding there this September.  Even knowing how terrific they were, I was still blown away with how well the day went from a facility stand point.

Something that will I’m sure be very repetitive in these spotlights is how wonderful the people are. That’s because I can’t recommend people that are anything less than the highest quality and Bill and Debbie pretty much set the bar there. No matter how many off the wall or last minute requests I make, they simply make it happen…with a smile.

Chrissa and I have debated renewing our vows on our 10 year anniversary. If we do, I’m sure it’s between Cave Hill and Disney World…I’m glad she makes all the decisions.
